Welcome to our private NFT auction platform, operating on blockchain. By using this platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this document. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please stop using our services.

• Eligible Users: You must ensure that you are of legal age and have the full authority to use this platform.
• Wallet Connection: To participate in activities on the platform, you need to connect a valid cryptocurrency wallet.
• Legal Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that using this platform does not violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

• Sellers can create auctions by entering a starting price.
• Bidders must place bids equal to or greater than the starting price.
• Sellers can cancel auctions if:
  • The auction has not started (status "Upcoming").
  • The auction has started, but no bids have been placed.
• Bidders can place multiple bids, but only the latest bid is valid.

• When placing a bid, an amount of tokens equivalent to the starting price will be locked in the bidder's wallet.
• If a bidder places a new bid, they must claim back the tokens locked from the previous bid.
• If a bidder loses the auction, they must manually claim back the locked tokens.

• If you win the auction, you must claim the NFT within 7 days after the auction ends.
• When claiming the NFT, the remaining balance in your wallet will be deducted.
• If you do not claim the NFT within the specified time, the tokens equivalent to the starting price that was locked will be forfeited.

• The platform charges a 0.1% transaction fee during token exchanges and 0.2% service fee to support system maintenance and operations
• Fees are automatically deducted and non-refundable.

• You are responsible for maintaining sufficient wallet balance to complete transactions.
• You must ensure that all information provided on the platform is accurate and truthful.

• We are committed to securing user information and providing a safe transaction environment.
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from users failing to comply with the terms.
